What is yvnstay?

yvnstay is more than a short-term rental service. We are a managed hotel network of apartments where every unit meets the same standards, and guests get a full digital experience. We combine the convenience of home with hotel-level service — scaling quality through technology and operations, not buildings.

What's included in the apartment — can I cook, do laundry, live like home?

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), washing machine, hair dryer, fast Wi-Fi, quality bedding, toiletries, natural cosmetics from local brands, and even tea and coffee. You can cook, do laundry, work, and live as if at home — but with hotel-level service.

How do you guarantee cleanliness and safety — who controls quality?

We are responsible for quality ourselves. Every apartment undergoes a technical inspection, deep cleaning, and standard equipping with 50 items. Cleaning is scheduled with photo documentation. All processes run through our software, all requests are tracked in the system. We are not an aggregator — we are a management company, and we are personally responsible for every apartment.

Are the apartments suitable for families or groups — any two-bedroom options?

We have studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments — designed for families, business trips, and groups of up to 4. All properties meet our standards: location, transport, comfort, and safety.

How do you provide hotel service without a reception desk?

Through a digital path. Guests get access right after booking, check-in instructions, a step-by-step guide to the apartment and city, keyless 24/7 entry, and messenger support. If something breaks — we handle it ourselves, without calling the owner. It's hotel service without a reception: convenient, fast, no extra steps.
